I hereby grant permission to Bespoke Beverages and its representatives to take and use photographs and/or digital images of me for use in:

• Promotional materials

• Website content

• Social media posts

I understand that these images may be used in print and electronic media.

I agree that:

1. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

2. I release and discharge Bespoke Beverages from any liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with these images.

3. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images.
