Bartender(s): the number of bartenders provided will be assessed by the amount of people attending the event.

Travel Time: Travel to and from the event is no charge up to 2 hours of roundtrip travel time.

Custom Menus: For an added level of elegance you will receive display bar menus customized specifically for your event listing your signature drinks, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic offering.

We supply all tools and supplies such as ice, garnishes, mixers & more. Please note, under NC state law we are not allowed to supply alcohol for events.

Everything You Need to Know About Our Bartending Services
Yes, we carry up-to-date insurance as required by state law. Your venue can be added to our Certificate of Insurance (COI), and we’ll send the certificate directly to them.
Please note, this coverage does not extend to the host or guests; event hosts are encouraged to purchase event insurance.
Unfortunately, we cannot legally provide beer, wine, liquor, or alcoholic mixers due to North Carolina law.
However, we simplify the process by providing a detailed shopping list tailored to your event’s needs.
Yes, we provide all non-alcoholic mixers for cocktails and basic mixed drinks. This includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, bottled water, and a variety of juices. Special requests for specific non-alcoholic beverages can also be accommodated.
Depending on the drink package and event venue, you may need to obtain an ABC permit for your event.

Beer and Wine Only: No permit is required at public venues unless specified by the venue itself.

Private Homes: No permit is required, regardless of what is being served.

Other Venues: An ABC Limited Special Occasion (LSO) permit is legally required for events outside private residences.
If you have have questions about whether you will need a permit for your event, our team can assist you with the process during your consultation.

We provide step-by-step instructions for obtaining an ABC LSO permit. Applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your event, and applications are closed 13 days prior to the event. Gather necessary documents early, as we require a copy of your permit 30 days in advance unless otherwise specified.
