Everything You Need to Know About Our Bartending Services
Yes, we carry up-to-date insurance as required by state law. Your venue can be added to our Certificate of Insurance (COI), and we’ll send the certificate directly to them.
Please note, this coverage does not extend to the host or guests; event hosts are encouraged to purchase event insurance.
Unfortunately, we cannot legally provide beer, wine, liquor, or alcoholic mixers due to North Carolina law.
However, we simplify the process by providing a detailed shopping list tailored to your event’s needs.
Yes, we provide all non-alcoholic mixers for cocktails and basic mixed drinks. This includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, bottled water, and a variety of juices. Special requests for specific non-alcoholic beverages can also be accommodated.
Depending on the drink package and event venue, you may need to obtain an ABC permit for your event.

Beer and Wine Only: No permit is required at public venues unless specified by the venue itself.

Private Homes: No permit is required, regardless of what is being served.

Other Venues: An ABC Limited Special Occasion (LSO) permit is legally required for events outside private residences.
If you have have questions about whether you will need a permit for your event, our team can assist you with the process during your consultation.

We provide step-by-step instructions for obtaining an ABC LSO permit. Applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your event, and applications are closed 13 days prior to the event. Gather necessary documents early, as we require a copy of your permit 30 days in advance unless otherwise specified.

We’re based in Charlotte and serve all of North and South Carolina. Each package includes 2 hours of roundtrip travel. For events over this limit, a travel fee of $0.67 per mile applies. For example:

No charge for events 1 hour away (2 hours roundtrip).

A fee applies for events 2+ hours roundtrip, calculated and invoiced in advance.

Should our travel time exceed 2 hours due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances you will not be charged extra. All of our pricing is upfront and due before the event.
Additional travel costs due to weather or traffic will not be charged.
Our detailed quote will provide a clear breakdown of all travel costs based upon the event's location.

Yes, a lodging fee will be reflected on your initial quote if your event is 2.5 hours or further from Charlotte. For the safety of our staff after working a long day they will have over-night accommodations to rest before driving back home.
